Dolphin{Anty} AFFILIATE PROGRAM RULES

1. Affiliate Program Participants

   1. Any person may participate in the Affiliate Program, as long as they are Dolphin Users.
   2. Only a Dolphin User who advertises on Dolphin independently without the assistance of a third party may become a referral link holder. A user becomes a referral link owner after generating a personal referral link in Dolphin in the Personal area. One Dolphin User may only receive one referral link.
   3. Each Affiliate Program Participant confirms that he/she is familiar with these rules, unconditionally and unconditionally accepts their terms, and guarantees that he/she will comply with them for the entire duration of the Affiliate Program.

2. Rights and obligations of the Partner Program Organizer

   1. The Organizer of the Partner Program has the right:
      1. At its discretion and without explaining reasons to the Participants and without entering into correspondence with them, invalidate any actions of the Participants of the Partner Program, and also prohibit further participation in the Partner Program to any person about whom the Organizer has a reasonable suspicion that he/she falsifies data or benefits from any falsification of data required for participation in the Partner Program, behaves improperly about other Participants of the Partner Program, the Organizer of the Partner Program
      2. The Organizer reserves the right not to conduct written negotiations or any other contacts with the Participants, except for the cases provided by these Rules and in case of disputable situations.
      3. At its discretion, unilaterally terminate, modify, or suspend the Affiliate Program if for any reason the Affiliate Program cannot be conducted as planned, including any reason beyond the Organizer's control that distorts or affects performance, safety, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct.
      4. Engage third parties to organize the conduct of the Affiliate Program.
   2. The Organizer of the Partner Program is obliged:
      1. Credit bonuses to the Participants of the Partner Program who fulfilled all conditions of this Partner Program.
   3. The Organizer of the Partner Program is not liable to the Participants:
      1. For non-performance (untimely performance) by the Participants of their obligations provided by the present Rules;
      2. Malfunctions of communication operators, which directly serve the Participants, system failures, and other technical problems of the Internet provider.
      3. For the accuracy of personal data and information provided by the Participants.
      4. For force majeure circumstances.

3. Affiliate Program Rules

   1. The referral link owner sends the referral link to Internet users who are not previously registered with Dolphin products.
   2. An Internet user not previously registered with Dolphin registers with Dolphin by following the referral link and completing the Dolphin registration form (the "Referral").
   3. For each activated Referral, the Referral Holder will receive 15% of the spent funds of the referred Referral in Dolphin's Personal Area.
   4. Bonuses are awarded for one week.
   5. Bonuses are credited in the "Affiliate Program" section of Dolphin's Personal Area.
   6. The transfer of bonuses from the "Affiliate Program" section of Dolphin's Personal Area to your account is possible after 1 calendar week after contacting the Dolphin support team.
   7. Bonuses received by the Referral Link Holder cannot be transferred to another Dolphin account.

4. Prohibited methods of using the Affiliate Program

   1. Spamming using affiliate program code.
   2. Creation of fraud requests using organizations' contacts without a client's consent.
   3. Creating requests on behalf of companies, agencies or a group of partners where the Referral Link Holder is an employee or other kind of participant.
   4. Use a list of branded words and domain names as a reference in promotional materials, see below.
   5. Use branded queries (product names) as key phrases in contextual advertising campaigns.
   6. Use the word "official" and its derivatives in the text of promotional materials (except for the phrase "official partner" and its derivatives).

We've compiled 8 ways to use these tools and explained how to evaluate their effectiveness.

1. Putting a link on your site or blog

Add links to articles published on your site or blog. If your article covers the intricacies of management accounting, then provide a link to a service that can help automate this process and comply with all legal requirements.

2. Posting a link on social networks

   Use the link in your own group posts or add it in the comments of posts in thematic communities (provided this does not violate their rules). Make sure that the comment does not look like an imposed advertisement.

   1. Community Name and Design

      Dolphin logos are registered trademarks; they cannot be used in the logo of another entity. Write the company name without mistakes: correctly Dolphin, in the case of autoloading or Dolphin{anty}, in the case of anti-detect browser.

      It is forbidden to use:

      • Obsolete logos and product icons.
      • Styles/colors/images of one product to promote another.
      • Elements of Dolphin logos in their logos.
   2. Community Content

      Prohibited:

      • Copy posts and pictures from official Dolphin social media communities without citing the source.
      • Using pictures and/or text with questionable content (black humor, "below the belt" humor, profanity, etc.).

      Allowed:

      • Create your unique content.
      • Use information from the official websites dolphin.ru.com and anty.dolphin.ru.com with a direct link to the source.
      • Repost from official communities using the "Share in your community" icon.
   3. Social Media Advertising

      Prohibited:

      • Use Dolphin domain names as a reference in promotional materials.
      • Use product names as keyword phrases in targeted ad campaigns.
      • Use the word "official" and its derivatives (except for "official partner" and its derivatives) in promotional materials.

3. Place a link in a banner ad

Place clickable banners with a referral link on your website or social networks.

4. Placing a link under the video

Your referral link can be added to the description of your video on the video hosting site YouTube, Vimeo, etc. The number of clicks through the link will increase with the number of views.

5. Introducing your link to the media

Prepare useful articles for online media on multi accounting, surfing the web safely or avoiding blocking and add your Dolphin product referral link.

6. Putting the link on your review site

Ask customers to leave testimonials on referral sites with your link or spread the word about Dolphin services yourself.

7. Placing a link when using contextual advertising services

Use Yandex.Direct, Google.Adwords, Begun and other contextual advertising services to bring clients to your site or blog, where articles with referral links are posted (see method #1). When setting up your ads, don't specify product names - replace them with popular search terms. For example: "what is an anti-detect browser" instead of "Dolphin - try it for free".

8. Posting a link on the forum

Use the link in your signature on forums. Leave it only in those discussions, which are thematically related to the service. Otherwise, you risk getting into a spam, and Dolphin has the right not to consider requests for such links. The text, in which the link is embedded, should tell the reader where he will go after he clicked and call to action. For example: "I recommend Dolphin for traffic arbitrage". If forums suggest inserting html code in the signature, the link will look like this:
